A small-town boy from Macon, Georgia, who somehow ended up living his wildest dream on the other side of the world.
Growing up, life was simple in the best way. Friday nights meant football, weekends meant fishing and hunting, and family was everything. I was always the kid with a scheme, selling paper airplanes to classmates at 7 years old, flipping glass screen protectors at 16, and running an eBay side hustle at 19. Ambition was never something I had to find. It just always lived in me.
My path took me through Middlebury College in Vermont before I landed at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where I earned my accounting degree. From there, Dallas came calling. I joined RSM and later Pulte Group, building a career that looked great on paper. But somewhere between the spreadsheets and the skyline, I realized I was just going through the motions. I wasn't living, I was waiting.
So I did the thing that scared me most. I gave it all up and moved halfway around the world to Ljubljana, Slovenia. No plan, no safety net, just a gut feeling that I was meant for more. Three weeks in, I met Petra. And everything changed.
What followed has been nothing short of remarkable. In just a year and a half, I went from being a wide-eyed foreigner to appearing on Slovenia's biggest radio program and becoming the first influencer ever invited by the Slovenian Nordic Ski Team to the World Championship Ski Jumping Event at Planica. Petra and I became the official social media ambassadors for Visit Ljubljana, and our story has been featured in Business Insider, Val 202, RTVSLO, Radio 1, and more. Together we have worked with 34+ brands including Lidl Slovenia, De'Longhi, and L'Occitane.
I've cut grass, detailed cars, trashed out houses, sold men's clothes, worked as a beach boy, and ran a seven-figure jet ski company. Every job, every city, every risk taught me something. But the biggest lesson of all? You are always meant for more than you think.
That's what drives everything I create. My goal is simple, to make you laugh, to make you think, and to remind you that your story isn't finished yet.
